The Association offices can be reached Mon-Fri from 8AM-4:30PM at 714.368.1537 The Casitas De Alipaz Condominium Association was established in 1991. The 172 units were built in 1978-1980 (in 3 phases) as cooperative apartments. Each condominium today has it's own garage. A parking permit may be purchased by residents. We have 5 laundry rooms, a pool, security and paid water and gas.
San Juan Capistrano , a bird sanctuary, is home to the famous swallows that migrate here annually. Many species of birds can be seen in our own backyards. It is for this reason that San Juan Capistrano has City Ordinances restricting noise. It is a short 1-1/4 mile walk to Doheny Beach along the San Juan Creek Trail. Many water fowl can be viewed along the path. No playground is available in our complex for children. We are 3 blocks from a large Sports Park, The Boys & Girls Club, The Community Center, Marco Forster Jr. High, and several grade schools. There are activities for the whole family to enjoy. The owners elect our Board of Directors annually. Our CC&R's, and Bylaws were established in 1991 and the Rules & Regulations were recently modified. Pet restricitons, parking enforcement, and other pertinent information can be found in these governing documents. Rules & regulations are strictly enforced. Be sure to read them! |
